June Bugs.....

Personally, I don't care too much for June bugs. In IndoChina, however, they are considered a delicacy and sauteed in butter and served with rice.(after picking off the wings and legs, and pinching off their tiny little heads) I might try this someday. Then again, I might not. The good thing about June bugs is that if they are out, there is a high probability that you can go to the market and purchase a watermelon if you want to.
