ok, so if the score is 0/0 and a point is scored, the differential from before the point began is one point, regardless of who scores it. Now, if I am trailing in a match, and the score is 13 to 11, and I score the next point, the differential is one. If, however, my opponent scores the next point the differential is three. Whereas at 0 to 0 no matter who scores the differential can be no more or less than one. Therefore it is my conclusion that there are, in fact, some points that have more significance than others. All the mathematicians out there that disagree with me can just kiss my ass.
